1. Project Name: "Hospital's Best Voice" Singing Competition
2. Project Schedule: Preliminary round on December 30, 2024; Finals on January 19, 2025
3. Event Venue: Grand Conference Hall, 3rd Floor, Nutrition Complex Building, Taoyuan Campus, People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
II. Service Requirements
1. Complete the overall layout planning and visual design for the event area; handle venue setup, lighting and audio equipment (including installation, operation, and dismantling), as well as fire safety and general safety measures.
2. Complete the design, production, and transportation of all project materials. Ensure the installation process does not interfere with existing signage, equipment, facilities, or the normal operations of hospital departments; promptly clear away construction waste after installation. Setup must be completed and handed over to the hospital for acceptance inspection before the event begins; the venue must be promptly cleared and verified by the hospital after the event concludes.
III. Registration Requirements
1. Business License, Organization Code Certificate, and Tax Registration Certificate
2. Letter of Authorization from the legal representative; photocopies of the ID cards of both the legal representative and the authorized representative
3. Qualification Requirements: Must be a domestic entity with independent legal person status
4. No record of major legal violations or adverse credit history in business operations within the past three years
